Walk Your Plans OC was built on the idea that the best teams aren’t cut from the same cloth, but have been woven together from different strengths, experiences, and perspectives.
Our paths may look different on paper, but together we’ve built the perfect mix of construction know-how, entrepreneurial drive, and business strategy to bring this one-of-a-kind showroom to life in Orange County.
Born and raised in South Orange County, Andy’s roots run deep in the local real estate and remodeling community. A Navy veteran, former MMA fighter, and lifelong jiu-jitsu enthusiast, he thrives on discipline, grit, and perseverance. As a general contractor and serial entrepreneur, Andy understands firsthand the challenges homeowners and builders face when translating plans into reality. He first discovered Walk Your Plans on Instagram and instantly knew it was something his clients needed. When he learned Orange County didn’t yet have a licensee, he wasted no time: he rallied his team, booked flights to Cleveland to see it in action, and the rest is history. Outside of work, Andy is a proud husband and father of three, raising his family in the same community that shaped him.
Raised and residing in North County San Diego, Becky spent 15 years shaping marketing and sales strategies with industry leaders before launching her own consultancy to help small businesses grow people-first, hyper-local brands, in the home remodeling and design industry. She discovered her passion for remodeling and design during her five years at Houzz, where she led brand partnerships with companies like Shaw Flooring, Andersen Windows, and Boral Roofing. When Andy began putting together the team to bring Walk Your Plans to Orange County, the connection was natural; Becky’s best friend from college is married to Andy, and her expertise in strategy, storytelling, and community engagement made her the perfect fit. Outside of work, Becky loves spending time with her husband, wild toddler, and two rescues pups.
Robert has lived every homeowner’s dream (and challenge): building multiple homes from the ground up. A native of Orange County, he’s seen firsthand how the design and construction process can leave homeowners wishing they had caught layout issues earlier. That experience is what made Walk Your Plans such a natural fit: he knew immediately how much it would have helped in his own projects. Robert is also a U.S. Air Force veteran, entrepreneur, and practicing anesthesiologist, bringing both precision and big-picture vision to the team. A longtime friend of Andy’s since middle school, Robert is also a family man with a wife and two kids. His unique perspective as both a builder at heart and a client of the building process ensures Walk Your Plans OC always keeps the homeowner experience front and center.
